Ordinary is the normal case. Extraordinary is for cancelling with immediate effect for a serious reason.

Optional for an ordinary cancellation. For an extraordinary one, please tell us the reason.

What happens when you press the button

Your cancellation reaches us immediately. Date and time are recorded.
A running subscription ends when the period you have already paid for runs out. Nothing is charged after that.
Your access stays active until then — you lose nothing you have already paid for.
You get a written confirmation by email right away, and a reference number on this page.
